Friendly, a little fun, and serious about the paperwork. I have been a Sebastian resident since 1994. Florida licensed me in 2012, and I still treat a sale like it is happening to people I might see at the inlet.
What “old school with new tools” means
You get a person. I answer the phone, I explain the weird parts in plain English, and I do not vanish after the inspection. You also get a current search, clean photos, electronic signatures, and a file you can follow from another state.
I specialize in residential sales, investment properties, pre-foreclosures, and short sales. The specialty I am building on purpose is transitional property: furnished homes left when someone dies, moves into care, or finally stays up north.
